Registration and Compliance

Harward International College (HIC) is a registered training organisation (RTO number 22332). As an RTO, it must ensure the delivery of quality training and assessment for individuals under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 and to award and issue Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) qualifications listed on its scope of registration. HIC (Harward International College) is approved to deliver courses to overseas students and is registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS Provider Code: 03234B). More details can be found on the CRICOS website.

From July 1 2011, the Harward International College’s regulatory body for vocational education and training (VET) and CRICOS (VET programs) is the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011. Harward International College (HIC) must comply with the conditions of its registration throughout the period of its registration. These conditions are described within the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, and those imposed by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

HIC complies with the VET Quality Framework, which comprises:
